  Thought I did my due diligence before choosing this brand but apparently not. It's very loud, very buzzy and the window installation kit was missing. The exhaust hose and window panels were included but not the little dowels that hold the 2 panels together, the tube to drain water was also missing along with the caulking and the batteries and the cap for the tubing even though nowhere does it say these things are not included. In fact the owner's manual says to 'please check whether the above-mentioned accessories are included'.

  This is our second portable AC in the house. Wonderful choice I made! The hose is larger, the window piece is way more sturdy-thicker, force of the air coming is strong, air is cold-goes down to 61, water doesn’t build up for draining, it keeps our entire living room cool even with the back door in the kitchen (next room) being open. Seriously impressed with this unit!
