18/22.5 Inch Electric Fireplace Insert with 7-Level Adjustable Flame Brightness

I bought this as a heater for my bedroom which doesn\'t get enough heat from my furnace. It can be used as a standalone heater or as an insert for a fireplace. I use it as a standalone. The flames are quite realistic and the heater is very warm. I like that it has two heaters that can run together to provide 1500 watts of heat or 1 heater alone with 750 watts. You can run it with or without the flames. However, the flames create a nice ambience so I always have them on. You can run the flames without the heater as well. I do wish it had thermostat control.as well but you have a little control by running either one or both heaters. I just turn the heat off or awhile if it gets too warm. It comes with a remote and there aew the same controls on the fireplace itself. So I\'m pretty happy with it. I have placed it on a short cabinet to raise it up to the level of the bed. This standalone can easily be moved from room to room making it versatile. Also, the cabinet doesn\'t get very hot. You can see in the photo that I have a cloth cat on one side and a doll on the other..

We’re renting a house with a fireplace that is pretty, but doesn’t work. I had a working fireplace in my previous house and I really missed it. So we got this little insert. It doesn’t fit into the fireplace because of the way the fireplace is constructed, but we just have it sitting right in front of it. We love hanging out in our living room in the evenings with it on. It’s very cozy, and it heats up the room surprisingly well when we have the heat function on. We don’t use the remote and I have never set the flames to a different height because frankly, there’s not enough difference to make it worthwhile. But we love that you can turn the heat off or lower, which is a great function. Such a cute little heater idea!

I like this product very much.

This fireplace is amazing. It runs heat for about 30 minutes and then it continues to look like the fireplace is on, although the heat turns off to make sure that it never overheats. I absolutely love this function. It is beautiful and I bought it as a replacement for a furniture piece And it fit perfectly.
