  It was easy to put together. It is definitely a small treadmill when you compare it to the Matrix which is what I used at the gym. Thankful I am 5’3 so it is okay. However, one thing that is pretty important to consider is that it doesn’t have a drink holder. So when you’re on the treadmill for a long period of time, you have to stop your workout to stay hydrated.

  Perfect me, has challenging speed and incline if you choose

  I'm older and looking to getting more steps in. I assembled it my self, I'm handy that way. But if you dont know what a hammer is, you may need assistance. In previous reviews I think the ones where people were dissatisfied was because they didn't follow the directions. I'm looking forward to using this treadmill daily, especially when is to crazy outdoors with traffic hour or weather.

  Seems like a great little treadmill, does everything I need it to do and it’s really quiet. Compact doesn’t take a lot of space. All in all a good treadmill for walking
