  I'm giving this a 3 star because the picture shown of the child facing the punching bag is NOT was it looks like. After hanging it from a door jam for my grandson, it was way to high and needed an extender WHICH they don't tell you about. I had to purchase an extender for more money and it hangs perfectly for his size. I think the picture shown in the ad is deceptive and should be corrected. I'm sure we are not the only buyers of this item to have this problem. The bag is great for a 12-15 year old and would recommend it but you need an extender.

  The seller is really why I'm writing this review. I contacted the seller about the shipping and they were super responsive and the communication with them was top notch. They went what I feel like was above and beyond to make sure I received my item with no hassle. I can't express how much I appreciate their efforts. Also we open the package to make sure all parts were there and the product seems well made and better then what we expected but we can't actually set it up until the end of the month because it's a birthday gift.
