  This was the cheapest 24k BTU mini split I could find and my only complaints would be the infrared remote which doesn't seem to communicate the best when I have it on the feel feature which utilizes the remote like a thermostat.. I even have it mounted on the wall aiming at the unit. Otherwise I think it'll do great keeping the house cool in the summer months and since it has heat I'll get to try that out as well, from what I calculated these mini splits can save about 50% in costs when compared to propane except during the extra cold days. I'll come back and update once I get to push it on a few hot days.
