Looks nice on the outside but not sturdy on the inside

The screws don't hold really well. They stripped easily. Had to drill extra holes with extra screws to keep it together.

Complicated time consuming project.

The user manual's information is insufficient and requires 2 people probably several hours to assemble. Diagram # 3 is inaccurate and # 1 & 5 should have a step-by step explanation as does the use of the lock nuts (bag B).

I expected better

I have put together a lot of flat pack furniture over time and this may be the worst I've ever worked with. The engineered wood is really low quality and some of the small screws don't seem to grip right. The instruction's illustrations are not great and actually say to put the back panel on the opposite way that it goes. One of the screws they gave me was manufactured incorrectly so one of my connection points isn't actually threaded into place. The drawers don't open smoothly at all, more clunky than anything, and they seem to catch up sometimes. I've had the front panel of the top drawer fall off twice when opening. It's like the locking screw doesn't want to tighten on all the way on one side of it. The handles are a reaaaallly lightweight plastic, not metal. Of course there are some cosmetic imperfections like scratches and coloring issues that I kind of expected, but also the edge banding is already peeling up in one spot. I'm sure this won't be a long lasting piece. I expected better since they have 4 star review right now, but to make this work for any length of time I'm going to have to take it apart and actually wood glue everything together and then it's still not going to be great, but hopefully that can make it usable. It was for my kid's room and he can't even use it because the drawers open and close so poorly that I need to get things in and out of it for him so it's not completely broken before I can get to gluing it together. Might have to change the drawer slides too... Wish I'd picked a different one and recommend you do too.
