  CrossFit style bike at home

  My shedule is always crazy with having a 6 year old. This lets me get cardio in at home when I can’t make it to CrossFit. This bike is super similar to the very expensive brand my crossfit gym has, it rides smooth, and feels like a real bike. I’ve been using it about 3 times a week and happy with my purchase.

  A good spin bike

  Very quick to set up (though instructions were a little). This is a great spin bike in general. It's quiet, smooth to ride, easy to assemble and great for small places. It's also a very good looking bike. It pedals smoothly and the resistance works well. The bike is steady and doesn't move when I shift between positions.
