  Upon unpackaging I noticed the rather large rub / scratch marks on the lip. I immediately contacted customer service who worked out a resolution but fantastic communications and response on their behalf. Now the item goes together very easily and yes all the parts were there. This item is very sturdy and we look forward to many uses from it.   The product was delivered earlier then expected and was packaged properly. The only issue I anticipated was the Finnish. I could see that rust would form near the connecting screws, so I spray painted the entire ring with high heat resistant paint.
