  Assembly was pretty easy, I bought 2 and got them both together in about 15 minutes. To be fair I did need a rubber mallet to smack some of the sides into place, but all in all no big deal. Small tip from a beginner gardener, cut down the cardboard from the delivery box and line the bottoms of the beds to help with weeds. They look gorgeous in my yard and I can definitely see myself buying a few more in the future!

  great deal for a garden bed!

  first of all, it didn't come with instructions, so i guess it may have been a returned item. it doesnt really need them, however, because its as simple as sliding in the slots and locking them in with the plastic corner pieces, two of them took about 5 minutes to put together each. what i like most about them is that they dont look cheap, and theyre made of very thick material and are weather resistant. i also really like the open bottom design that allows the plants to go deeper into the native soil if it becomes that large of a root system. this is not good for putting on a porch however because the bottom of the boxes have grooves that dig into the soil so soil will leak out even if you use a makeshift bottom. it is best used on ground! oh and because no one mentioned it yet, the rectangular ones take 8 cubic feet of soil to fill each. out of all of the options out there, i liked these the most because they seemed like less effort to put together and will hold up for a long time, i hope!! they're going to be used for climbing roses with trellises on the inside. once the soil is in i don't think these are going anywhere, so haven't used the stakes yet. i'm probably going to buy more of them in the future for more beds if they do their job well! will update if there are any issues when soil and the roses are planted. edit: after filling and planting my roses there is some bowing but it doesn't bother me all that much. it doesn't look as if the box will come undone. to help bowing you can take a shovel and try and push dirt away from the pressure point of the side with the issue. so far these boxes are doing really well!
