  When it breaks its useless

  Kept what I need hot very hot the first time. The second time the latches broke rendering it useless. So would I buy again? Not until they make the latches better and more sturdy.

  Love this! Kept our coffee hot.

  Bought this for a coffee event and it served its purpose. Ordered it and it came fast.. a day before the event. We were in a situation where there was no power to keep coffee hot so using this saved the day. We put hot coffee in it the night before and it stayed warm enough to drink when we got to the event the next morning at 7am. Will definitely be getting one more and highly recommend.

  These kept coffee hot for well longer than the booklet said so have no issues there. But, compared to the Carlisle dispensers we have, these feel cheap. In fact, a handle broke on one after the first use.
