  Update about missing pedal

  I put in about the missing pedal and WOW! an immediate response. No fuss no muss. They shipped me my pedal like lightning and was here in no time. I think it was Monica who catered to me, thanks Monica. The pedal was packaged so well you could throw it off the Empire State Building with no damage (literally). The missing pedal was not their fault but they handled it so well I give them 10 stars for the entire buying experience. I'll tell everybody to deal with them. By the way, it took me 15 minutes just to unwrap the pedal :)

  I ordered a digital piano a few days ago but was forced to cancel the order for strange reason. Even though it was a Saturday when I cancelled, they were right on the ball and e-mailed me Sunday and told me the order is now cancelled and a full refund was already issued. Now that everything is straightened out on my end, I am extremely excited to purchase my keyboard again. Thank you Cost way for your quick response to the cancellation of the previous order and sorry for any extra work it caused you. I just now re-ordered another digital piano, and I can't wait for it to get here.

  A fantastic choice for beginners and children

  This Digital piano keyboard I received from @costway is a fantastic choice for beginners and children. Reasonably priced without compromising the quality. I was pleasantly surprised how attractive and well built this is for the price. My wife wanted to dabble with learning piano, but neither of us wanted to make a large investment. This takes a small footprint in a room and two people can easily move it to a closet for storage when not using it. My grandchildren run to this as soon as they get to our house. There are so many different choices that keep them interested. Kids can be a little rough on instruments like these, so I am impressed how well it is holding up.   Great set up and easy to play

  We needed to replace our keyboard and this one is definitely an upgrade. It is the same set up as a normal piano except doesn't take up as much space and one person can carry it. The sound is excellent and this allows me to plug in headphones so I can practice without annoying anyone around.

  Low quality keyboard, misleading information

  I ordered this keyboard to have an instrument for practicing for my vacation in U.S.A. So I didn’t wanted to spend to much money. So I didn’t expected too much but what I got was a little disappointing. The action is only semi-weighted and there is no way of fine-tuning the velocity curve. The dynamics are extremely limited and the internal tones are super unnatural. The onboard speaker produce a lot of noise of loose vibrating parts and the overall sound is very harsh and cheep. Some customers complained about their keyboard doesn’t turn on. I figured out that this happens when you turn on the power while having something connected to the USB midi port. If you unplug your USB Midi cable and power on your keyboard again it’s a working as supposed to, but this is a major issue. I will mostly use it having my iPad or MacBook connected so I can use my Piano Plug-ins but this keyboard produces somewhat random velocity values so you need a midi filter and flatten everything above aprox. 80 or 90 to get somewhat solid results. If you want to invest money in a serious Stage Piano this is not for you. If you need something for your holiday practice routine for a few weeks this might work but I can’t think of any other use case. Too expensive for a keyboard toy and too cheep for a real stage piano. Hope this review is helpful to someone.
