  Works well so far but instructions are in a foreign language.

  So far so good. I have only used it a few times. I gave it a 4 because instructions are in Dutch I think, so I didn't get the lights going at first. Also, it needs to soak up the sun for 3 hours or more to get the lights going. I am not sure how long the lights stay on. To tilt it, is a bit hard for me.
