Good Customer Service
We purchased this 9 piece patio table set and when it arrived we found that the box the table top was in had been damaged by the shipping company. We documented the damage and when we opened the box the table top was damaged in two places. We filed a complaint with Costway and they contacted us immediately. They gave us a choice of giving the set a discount or replacing the table top. We chose to replace the table top even though they said it might take a month to receive it. They kept us updated and the replacement table top arrived a month later with no damage. We have purchased other products from costway and are very happy with the quality of the product and their customer service.

Great look.
I love these chairs. They are quite comfortable. I admit the table is a little smaller than I was expecting, but that's my fault because I could have looked at the dimensions more closely. I like it a lot, it looks great. The quality is very good. I would recommend.

Beautiful Set
Overall, this product meets my criteria. The chair seems sturdy, I like that it shouldn't take much maintenance, and it's easy to clean. It did take a few hours to put together, but it wasn't hard to do. I made it myself and after the first chair it was just a repetitive task. The finish is nice, but it doesn't look like real wood. I would buy it again though because of its low wear appeal.

Costway representative - Q:What is the best way to care for the acacia table top?A:Furniture finished with oil and wax will probably not need to be re-oiled unless it becomes dry from being stored in extreme cold or heat, or in constant direct sunlight or other drying conditions. If your piece does become overly dry, follow the following instructions for re-oiling. 1. Use turpentine or naptha applied with a clean cotton cloth to remove the existing wax. Clean the surface with water and Soap, using only as much liquid so as to make the cloth damp, not wet. Allow the surface to dry completely. 2. Use super-fine grade #0000 steel wool to further prepare the surface, using light, even pressure and always working with the wood grain. 3. Apply a liberal amount of oil to the surface. We use a blend of 1/3 boiled linseed oil, 1/3 pure tung oil and 1/3 oil-based polyurethane (Allow the oil to soak into the wood for about 10 to 15 minutes.) 4. Wipe off all excess oil using a clean cotton cloth. Allow the newly oiled furniture to set for at least 24 hours. 5. To prepare for waxing, clean the surface with super-fine #0000 grade steel wool. Carefully wipe the surface clean with a soft cotton cloth to remove all grit and residue. If the wood still appears dry, you may re-apply oil and repeat the steps 3 through 5.
