  I purchased this bag for my 67 years old husband, and he loves it. He stated that it helps him to be quick with his reaction. It wasn't hard for him to assemble, and the suction is great.

  Just assembled..but filled with sand and it took forever! (Maybe there was an easier way to do this lol) All good! Very sturdy and yes it’ll hurt your wrist if you don’t have the proper gloves - please get some padded gloves for this one.. Overall fun punching bag! Make you sweat!

The bolts came loose and the bag itself broke. The stem is completely stripped.
