Adjustable Olympic Weight Bench for Full-body Workout and Strength Training

My old workout bench made lots of noise over time, and I needed to replace it. I found this one, it looked heavy-duty and had all of the features I needed, and I had to get one of these. I was not disappointed; this one has worked out great. First off, very easy to assemble. I like how the instructions showed the steps perfectly for assembly and had a very accurate part list as well. I also liked that all the parts were very heavy-duty, including the heavier bolts and lock nuts, making this one very sturdy and robust. I also like that it came with a lubricant for the moving parts, making this one silent when used. Secondly, it works great. I like that it has a huge range of motion for larger arms, can handle heavier weights without stress on the metal that would interfere with a workout, and is so smooth on all the moving parts. Lastly, so comfortable to use. I like that it has a thicker and high-quality seat and back cushion, and the pad for curls is even thicker and more comfortable, too. I also like that the leg pads are thicker around, can take much weight, and are still comfortable on the legs. No cons, it worked out great for me, and I am very happy with the purchase.

The bench arrived in a very heavy box. Was well packed. Had all parts individually wrapped. It was not an easy assembly for one person. I wish I had help to assemble. I’d also plan for enough space to assemble. Instructions were good enough. All screws were included. The nuts and bolts were Individually packed. However they didn’t have numbering or lettering stickers to identify. I had to do some counting and guessing based on the parts sheet in the instructions booklet. It all worked out great. Once assembled it looks nice. Very sturdy. The bench is of good size. The arm rest cushion is extra wide. The part where the bumper plate goes is big. My existing plates didn’t fit. I’d have to buy new ones that are compatible. Probably the two inch plates would fit. Over all, I am happy with my purchase.
