  If you're looking for a rower to actually give you a challenge this is not it. The highest tension level feels like a level 2.

  Computer. Not working - no data collection.

  Delivery was great. Packaging was good with bubble wrap. The four washers were missing from tool package. The main frame came with a few scratches. The computer comes on, but does not collect any of the data. I have been using my smart phone to set how much time I want to spend on it. Honestly, it kinda looked like a used unit that maybe someone returned. Howver, on the pro side it has a smooth row, and noiseless. I found the unit to be gentle on the joints. Storage is also great. I will contact Asurion for troubleshooting. If they cannot find a solution, I will return the unit. I believe I have until March 9th to return. If everything was working properly I would give it a satisfied rating.

  Small yet comfortable

  It does not require a large space, but it can also exercise my back and buttocks muscles well at home. It is the ideal fitness equipment in my mind. I am very satisfied

  A basic functional machine

  It is a basic functional rower. The delivery was speedy and the product arrived in good packing condition. The assembly was smooth and relatively easy for a 77-year old person by myself. As to the workout, It suits my daily light exercise. All works and I hope the bells and whistles will last long enough for the investment. There is one minor problem though. Look at the part packing list (see the circle on the left hand side of the picture), it includes 4 washers (B), and I counted 4. But, the assembly instruction manual calls for 6 washers (B) - 4 in Step 1 and 2 in Step 2 (see circles on the right hand side of the picture). It became a nuisance to uncover this issue while assembling the machine. It interrupted the flow of assembly process. Granted, one can easily find these washers in any hardware store, but they should be included in the package.

  This fitness equipment is very suitable for me. I have less strength. This equipment works very well. It can exercise the whole body and is very quiet when exercising. Recommended for those who want to exercise at home.
