  It took me a long while to commit this kind of money to a jewelry organizer as a piece of furniture, and I wish I had not. From the outside it looks great, well-made and pretty solid. It was also nice to get the over-door hangers. But when I opened it up and remembered how much I had spent on it, I could have cried. The internal design is so badly thought out and if you have necklaces/pendants of more than 12 inches (most of us do these days) don't buy this or you might too. It would have been super easy to leave space for long hanging items, because there is a lot of space inside and it would even have been easy to design this so that the buyer could move racks around to suit their own needs, but instead, I have necklaces pushed into the ring spaces because there is no place else for them, and I can't even group like-items together. And sadly, the beautiful looking little drawers are so shallow that when you move them out, they fall off the little rails. Why didn't I send it back? Well I tried but Amazon told me (after the fact) that I'd have to pay $30 to return it. So I'd have $30 less to put to an alternative - therefore $30 wasted. Also the sellers tried to give me $10 to just keep it. But then they didn't. So I have no choice but to make do, but I'm really disappointed that having spent $130, I don't get a functional item because all it would have taken was a little thought in the design phase, and perhaps a designer who actually uses jewelry, and storage themselves?
