When switching mode, it goes to Bluetooth or FM radio only. When first powered on, it says NO and doesn’t do anything until MODE is pushed.

Please check if the USB has been plugged into the speaker. If the USB has been plugged in, it will not display “no”. If it has not been plugged in, it will be displayed “no”. If you want to connect to the Bluetooth, you must press the MODE button to switch to the Bluetooth mode before you can connect..
