  We’ve only used this a few times and our adapter goes on and off and the heat mostly comes from the area near the adapter so it doesn’t heat the further side. A regular griddle works better then this. Asked customer for help with the faulty cord and they weren’t helpful at all. Terrible customer service.

  I absolutely love this! I had a 20in griddle that got ruined so I decided to upgrade to this so I could make more pancakes at once and this did deliver. It is true the heat isn't fully even throughout as the side furthest from the plug in isn't as warm but it didn't cause me any problems. I just moved my pancakes to the center where they finished cooking. I was able to make a whole package of turkey bacon at once which a plus! I highly recommend this to anyone wanting a bigger electric griddle!!
