  I received the order from Amazon and I had to assemble it. I was amazed that I was able to get it done by myself, but I didn't have any problems in putting it together. Instructions were simple and to the point and ,for me, had pictures included! I don't have any problems in it or using the chair. Very comfortable and love it.

  it's really comfortable. it's on the shorter side, which is good for me as i'm 5 feet tall. i wouldn't recommend it for someone who is on the taller side at all. my toes hang just over the end of the foot rest, so anyone bigger i wouldn't imagine it would be a good fit for them. it fits right under my desk and i have no issue using the swivel function to turn and get right up. it does appear that you could swap out the swivel bottom with some wheels if you wanted to do that instead. the only issue i really had with it was it wasn't packaged very well. there was no cushioning of any kind, it was just the pieces in thin plastic in a box, so i really didn't appreciate that but nothing was damaged except for the box had some holes in it, one was very large from the metal on the chair. but overall it's really nice, but like i said, only for someone of smaller stature.

  My daughters father is an avid console gamer so I got this chair for him for Christmas. He plays for 40+ hours a week and has no issues with back or anything since using this chair. Very easy to put together. He did use the message chair part in the beginning but hasn’t really bothered with it anymore.
