  I purchased the Cost Way steam cleaner for my wife and she loves it. It's amazing at how it cleans the floors whether it's hardwood or linoleum. She also cleaned the windows and it did a great job. Good steam cleaner and we recommend this item. Cost is good and delivery was great as well.

  I bought this machine a few years ago through Amazon and have been happy with it's overall performance. However, I'm extremely disappointed that there is no way to purchase replacement brushes. This is a missed opportunity for Costway and I just don't get the rationale behind it. While the machine gets 5 stars for its performance, Costway gets zero stars for customer retention. Go with some other brand that will actually sell you replacement parts.
