Had to buy another hose because my sink was the same height and bending the hose upward to drain the water made it leak through the crease’s and trying to use a bucket to keep it draining down was to much work trying to empty every minute however with the new flexible hose and a neck rest, this is the best investment for my mother who has had a stroke when I wash her hair

Adequate Wash Basin

My 93 year old mom bought this to have her hair washed at home. It was somewhat easy to assemble and the quality is okay for the price. The only real big issue I have with it is that the drain hose had a hole in it so that when we went to drain the water, the water leaked out onto the floor. This was supposed to be a new unit and it appears to be so. But, we need a new hose to replace the current one with the hole. I reached out to the seller, but have not heard anything back. I will have to reach out again or I guess just use some duct tape. It would also be helpful to have a proper salon chair to go with it for comfort.
