Not bad

Came with broken plastic covering to hide the bolts and a small scratch on the frontside cushion. Comfort is great. The functionality of chair is good so far. Not as flimsy to break like some other gaming chairs that hold back weight through the armrests. Shipment came in original box and was pretty beat up so all the damage was probably sustained during shipping and handling and through transportation itself. Massage back support works well.

Ahhhh!!! I Love It!!!

I’ve had a lot of really bad chairs before and this isn’t one of them! I use as my office chair which I’m in approximately 43 hours a week. I love this because I can sit cross legged or curled up and have the footrest so I can also stretch out! I’m 5’2” so it has always been difficult to find a comfortable chair and I love this one! 4 stars because can’t give a 1/2. While putting together my boyfriend barely pulled on the wire to the mechanism in the massage attachment and it pulled completely out. He did soulder (spelling sorry!) it back on tonight so I finally get to have the full experience in the chair tomorrow! But even without the massager it has been heaven compared to the chair I had the weeks before it arrived which was torturous to sit in everyday!

I got this my boyfriend since he hurt his back at work and loves to play on the computer. This chair has made a huge improvement in his back aches.

Nice Comfortable Chair For the Price

It's a nice comfortable chair. The back massage pack and leg rest is a plus. The three back screws behind the chair was a pain to put on but got it done. I spent my lunch break working from home putting this chair together. Overall, I'm happy with the product and the price for it.
