  It's a pretty cute planter but I would never put it outdoors. It doesn't seem like it would hold up under heavy rain or hold up if anything heavy were hung on the trellis. But for a bohemian bedroom planter, it's definitely awesome. I bought it with the intent to only have it indoors. Assembly is pretty straight forward and I am not potting directly in the bed. Instead I'm using planters inside the garden bed area.
