  Missing the star base and the pneumatic cylinder. I guess they expect you to buy the extra parts but why would I do all of that for more than the cost of a chair that comes with everything?

  The instructions are easy to follow and the chair can be assembled pretty quickly, one note, I definitely recommend having someone help when assembling just to make it easier to hold the parts together while you tighten the screws, not a big deal and that is typical when assembling chairs anyway, just letting you know ahead of time. The chair is constructed with good material so you dont sweat while you're sitting in the chair and the material used for the frame is strong and solid so you don't feel like the chair is going to fall apart like some of the other chairs out there. The chair is not super heavy either so you can move it from room to room if you have to without too much effort at all. The chair is available in three different colors, which is great. The chair rolls easily which is great if you have to move around your desk a lot. You can easily adjust the height of the chair and adjust the tension on how chair rocks back. I definitely recommend this chair.
