Two Person Solid Wood Garden Bench with Curved Backrest and Wide Armrest

The bench came in a timely manner, wrapped up tight and secure. Everything was included that would be needed for assembly EXCEPT HOLES!! The long bolts were TOO LONG for the pre drilled holes to get the arms attached to the back and the front support frame and the seat had NO HOLES AT ALL in the underside to attach it to the bench!! Good thing I had an electric screwdriver and a long drill bit screw as well as good common sense, else I never would have been able to assemble that bench! I am nearly 70 years old and a woman whose husband is a DAV and suggested to just “ send it back!” Maybe I should have and would have if I had noticed the seat didn’t HAVE screw holes BEFORE i put the rest of the bench together! It is a nice looking bench and looks good on my freshly painted porch but I can’t attest to the durability or comfort yet. At least it’s assembled lol

UPDATED REVIEW: I decided to reach out one more time to see if I could get replacement parts, even though many months had passed. This time the customer service rep was more responsive. Though they apologized for all the delays they offered once again to order the parts for me (because, apparently, they don't have any spare screws or bolts, which is really odd for a customer service group/replacement part provider), but, I would have to wait a month or two -because I imagine they would be shipped by sea from Asia??? OR, they would give me a partial refund and ask that I obtain them myself. After several helpful emails (after about 24 hours between responses) I decided to accept their reasonable rebate offer and I consider the matter closed. As such I have increased my overall rating from 1 to 3. I really don't understand why they don't have small packs of screws and bolts that they can immediately send, but they were polite. ORIGINAL REVIEW: The bench seems nice but when I received it I was missing one of the bolts and another stripped immediately so I couldn't push it in all the way, and it still sticks out from the end a few millimeters, creating quite an unfortunate eyesore. I reached out immediately to customer service and asked them to send me a replacement bolt. They said they could send me a replacement hardware set but it would take several weeks at the earliest and I should it just go to Home Depot and buy a replacement myself. I told them that I don't want to spend my time at Home Depot looking for a replacement so please send me the parts. They said it would take a month and they would do so. Well, it has been over six months and I have not received any such replacement.
