  Sturdy and easy to essemble.

  It's a fantastic thing. Actually, it's a little bit bigger than I anticipated, but not in a negative way. I bought two of the straight pine ones because the pricing was unbeatable. If I had built it myself, the cost of the wood would have been the same. Very strong and simple to assemble. Simply following the instructions is all that is required. I had to repeat one portion since I got ahead of myself at one point, but that was my own. I'll probably seal it with a food-safe substance eventually, but we'll see how it holds up to the weather first. But I'd definitely suggest it.

  the wife bought one of these to put some viggies in. it went together very easy and fast. however, the triangle pieces for the support, two of them broke as i was putting the screws in. maybe a small design change there. other than that it looks nice.

  Well-packaged, high-quality cedar, no splinters, and neatly squared matching pieces went together without difficulty. Assembly is a snap using a power screwdriver. I'm going to add polyurethane casters for mobility and a wood preservative spray to make it survive even longer. To believe I could make something like this from scratch would require several days of measuring, cutting, and other tasks. When this kit arrives almost fully completed with tongue and groove sidings and battened bottom support, it's not worth it. There's also a hold rail on the bottom to make lifting it safer and easier. I am overjoyed. Now it's time to get started on planting it. It's a hit with my wife.

  My wife purchased this because it was cheaper than me buying the materials from Lowes and building one myself. It was not that crazy to assemble, but once put together and filed with herbs she wanted to plant, it looked great. As this season carried on, we noticed the outside of the box started to mold real bad. Not sure if due to materials or just bad weather. The front / back panels started to droop towards the middle and showing a obvious dip. While this wasn't the end all, the individual slats started to separate from the frame. They seem to be only 1/8" stapled into the main board, which doesn't provide the necessary grip to hold very long. Once I emptied out the soil the bottom floor board, it is made from a cheap wood laminate and has easily broken apart if handled. I knew this wouldn't' last another season. This raised box maybe good for an indoor green house or sun room, but don't expect it to last more than a season outdoors. (speaking from someone living in the southeast) - I should have spent the money and just built one.
