  this fryer is amazing

  there are a few factors in determining if I should buy a kitchen tool. one of them is the construction. this is something that can probably be repaired if something stops working on it. its not plastic or completely sealed off somehow. its a pretty simple design. its a matter of sheet metal screws and soldering wires. should be easy.

  Likes, great size for a fish fry for the family. Easy to clean, easy to set up. Dislikes, directions say to plug into different circuits for me this meant running an extension cord to another room or re-wiring the kitchen.
