 Overall this is exactly what I expected when I ordered it. I am using it in my home gym to hold shoes, towels and workout clothes. It would work well as a doorway coat hanger as well. It is sturdy, but would not consider it heavy duty. For the price it is excellent and looks pretty nice (for what it is). The instructions were ok, not great. The letters are on the plastic sleeves so make sure you note that before removing the metal poles, etc. However they neglect a step midway thru which is easy enough to figure out and I had some weird extra parts as well that were not on the part list. Ideally you'd be able to adjust the distance between the two sets of hooks, but that is not possible. I'd prefer them a little further apart.

 Not black Not gray Not blue. A mix of all. Not small. Not hard to put together but a new kind of construction. Pops together. Think IKIEA. I am torn as to return or keep. I have a small one room apartment. I wanted it to hang damp clothes on hangers to dry but also use as coat, hat, and bookcase. Now it is leaning forward from first shelf down. This was the best I could find but it has problems.
