  Feels like it's designed by an amateur. Not very stable, at least on carpet, and the material is definitely cheap. Corners are sharp as hell, so now I gotta spend $10 on corner bumpers so I don't draw blood next time I turn around in my closet. Brand new, it has slight discolorations in the white finish if you look closely. It has a pallor like '90s hospital furniture under fluorescent lights. It's ok, but now that I've got it, I wish I'd spent money on something better.

  Cracked, but customer service was exceptional

  I was really excited to assemble it, but it had a large crack on shelf A when I opened it. I contacted the company and they immediately responded and resolved my issue by sending me a new shelf. I am really impressed with their customer service.
