  Overall, the item is sturdy, but the measurements provided in the description are off. I needed a shelving unit with space for items that are 14.5" tall. According to the measurements in the description, the shelves are 14.5" apart. They are really 14.25" apart. The description states that the shelves are 10" deep. They are really 9" deep. It also says that the shelves are 10.5" wide. They are really 8 7/8" wide. Very disappointing! Now I have to figure out how to return an item that I already put together.

  It is quite easy to put it together. The quality is pretty good for the price. Only one minor issue, the attachment fixture for the wall need to be re-designed, it did not work for my wall which has skirt board. Fortunately, the bookshelf stands well without it.
