  I mainly bought this so my cat can have his own seat by the window, but I have also used it as spare seating when there are a lot of guests. The construction is sturdy. No wobble. The bamboo framing has a nice visible grain. The storage compartment is convenient. The upholstery fabric sometimes gets dirty, but it is easy to vacuum and spot clean with Folex. I use the under-shelf to store an extra cushion, because the narrow bamboo slats seem too brittle to handle anything heavier.

  Nice looking bench

  I reallly like this bench. I cannot stand for very long so I use it in the bathroom while applying makeup or doing my hair. My bathroom is small so I leave the bench the hallway outside when I'm not using it. It is lightweight enough that I can carry it in and out. I'm planning to get a larger one to use as an entry bench to take off or put on shoes.

  Easy to assemble and very sturdy. This compact bench caught my eye when it stated it had a high weight limit. It doesn’t wiggle or wobble. We have it at the end of our bed and use it every day. Love it. Shipping was quick too.

  Was easy for 1 person to assemble. The gray bench cover harmonizes nicely with the light bamboo wood, and suited both our bedroom and our foyer. In bedroom, I keep shoes underneath, but actually use the shelf to hold packages until I can try on new clothes or while I make my keep-or-return decisions. I put the paper work, a clipboard, and scissors in the under-seat storage area so that I don't lose the papers while I decide. We then got a 2nd for the foyer. Shoes can go underneath if switching into boots to venture out. We like to keep a medium size black duffel bag handy for many of our excursions. Keeping this bag on the shelf solved our problem of how to store it conveniently yet keep the area tidy. And now I have a convenient place to change boots/shoes. (No, boots don't fit underneath the shelf, but I already have nearby storage of those.)

  Looks good I really like it but it was missing a screw and it's too tight to open the top.
