  The flame effect looks really good. The only issue is that the LED indicator showing that it is off is a BRIGHT red color. Not a deal breaker though as I have found a safe way to address it.

  I bought this heater today. It's amazing. The heat output is good and the heater is beautiful. I don't have the stickers that other people complain about, and everything is fine. The flame effect is beautiful... Thanks to the company and Amazon for providing great products and services, so if you want to buy one, go ahead!

  Stopped working a little over a year old.

  I purchased this heater December 31, 2021 and write this review 1-31-23. I loved this little heater, I used it on low in my travel trailer when not in use and on all our trips with our trailer. Yesterday I noticed it was not running so I tried turning up the heat and then tried to turn the flame effect on, it would just keep shutting off, after several attempts it made a few cracking noises and then I smelled burning electrical. I immediately unplugged it and I am surprised it did not trip the gfi. I am so sad my cute little fake fire heater is dead. It was good while it lasted…. RIP adorable little heater. Side note… I doubt I'll buy another one of these I don't think I could take losing it again.

  Without a fireplace in a smallish apartment and desperate for the feel of one, I bought the "walnut" (metal box) one after hesitating too long and the birch was sold out. It's adorable. The room it's in is over 400 sq. ft. and you wouldn't want it for your sole source of heat. But, the little flames look good and I get my fire fix. I love grabbing the remote and "building a fire."
