  Pre drilled holes missing

  This would have looked adorable in a small spot in TV room where my accents are lime green and orange. It took at least an hour with help to pull off the cellophane wrap on each piece. Then when going to assemble I found that one side piece was missing the pre drilled holes. Hurrumph. Customer service suggested I drill the holes myself. Lol. I returned it and decided not to replace because of the unwrap experience. Too bad. ☹️
