  This is just perfect for an at home abs workout! The instruction was pretty easy to follow, I was able to build this on my own in less than 15mins. It is foldable, you can put it away so it is not taking too much of your space. I love the color, and it match to the photo. I like how it is able to count and track my workout, you do need to get a double a battery to operate though.
