  HORRIBLE INSTRUCTIONS, but comfortable once put together!

  I was really excited about this chair! Upon opening the box, a few pieces were scratched, (thankfully you can't see them) and the instructions looked like they had been torn apart by a dog, we had to tape them back together and they were very difficult to read. One of the poles to hold the umbrella together was REALLY bent out of shape so we had to take some pliers to get the pieces together. Besides the instructions and assembly issues, once the chair was put together it's very nice and comfortable.

  I read all the reviews, my best recommendation is to identify and lay out your screws before you get started. The little black caps did not stay on. I found it difficult to rock. When I shared my concerns customer service worked to accommodate me. Due to high winds and the stress of the umbrella, the middle brace broke and I need a replacement. Any ideas?

  I bought a mosquito net and friends think they are in a comfy cocoon, gently rocking or not. It is a relief to ease onto it instead of bending down to a low recliner. This is wonderful—access is 23” from floor, with cushion. A very strong friend helped me assemble—took some prayer. The bolt sizes had to be guessed at but when complete, I ran waterproof caulk over fittings. Their black plastic caps fit on most, not all hardware. VERY sturdy and comfy.
