  My boyfriend and I got this because the windows in our apartment were made weird and we couldnt fit a traditional air unit in them. With that being said.. Pros : 1. Price okay. 2. Not too big and bulky. Cons : 1. You have to add ALOT of ice if you want to get cool air to come out of it. 2. Cool air does last long at all. 3. You have to be sitting right in front of this to feel it. It doesnt circulate well. 4. Products leaks alot.

  This is not an alternative A/C, this will cool a small room or office space. Do not think this will cool your entire house or a warehouse. For rooms or office space

  Support is very good. The remote did not work but upon contacting the seller a replacement remote was sent to me very quickly. Happy with product and service. Do highly recommend this product.

  It puts out a lot of air I think it would be better if it had a slightly higher water flow. Other than that it is a really nice setup and has many functions.
