  Bit of a challenge to put together but once you get through the initial steps, get's easier. Sturdy for a multi-function bench, situps, glute/hamstring stretch and preacher curls.

  The vendor sent me a perfect box with all parts intact and new. Although the preacher curl pad may be a bit flimsy, this piece of equipment performs as it should for its many functions. At first, I couldn't get a good angle for the roman bench exercises; but, by standing on the low bar, rather than putting my feet beneath it, the roman chair functioned well too. This economy piece of equipment is probably best suited for someone of a smaller stature and weight. If it's not abused by doing something like resting weights on the bench, it may last for quite some time.

  Great addition to my home gym. It is very sturd. Definitely great for working out! I like the weight bench part but I got it it for the sit-up part which definitely was everything I needed. Assembly was bit more complex than I expected. They were explained okay but was so condensed each page had a multiple parts and was covered in numbers. Wasn’t super bad just seemed so cluttered but I guess it saves on paper. I do wish it would have came with workout recommendations. Other than that definitely a great buy. I look forward to using it more!
